Our project in Berlin has been honored with the German Design Award 2026 in the category “Excellent Architecture – Public”. The Winner distinction recognizes architectural achievements that are considered groundbreaking within their category—celebrating design quality,
LEED Zero Carbon for Dockyard – a goal that is unique in Germany
Our project is currently aiming for LEED Zero Carbon certification – an award that only 44 buildings worldwide have received to date. If Dockyard obtains this certification, it will be the only building in Germany
