We are delighted to have received our third accolade: the WELL Core Platinum certification – the highest level of an internationally recognised standard for health and well-being in buildings.

Whilst LEED focuses specifically on environmental sustainability and WiredScore assesses digital infrastructure, WELL places people at the centre. The certification covers aspects such as air and water quality, lighting concepts, thermal comfort and acoustics, as well as the promotion of physical activity, health and mental wellbeing in everyday working life.

Dockyard Waterfront Office thus represents a new standard in working environments: a place where sustainability, wellbeing and architectural quality come together holistically, actively supporting the productivity and satisfaction of its users.
