Dockyard in Berlin has been awarded LEED Platinum – the highest level of the internationally recognised sustainability standard. The certification confirms outstanding performance in the areas of energy efficiency, resource conservation, CO₂ reduction and indoor air quality – implemented in a hybrid timber construction with an innovative energy concept directly on the River Spree.

We had already received the WiredScore Platinum rating – proof of our excellent digital infrastructure and future-proof connectivity that meets the requirements of modern working environments.

And development continues: with LEED Zero Carbon and WELL Platinum, two further demanding certifications are about to be awarded. This means we have almost achieved our project goal of obtaining all planned top certifications.
