If Dockyard obtains this certification, it will be the only building in Germany with this status.<\/p><p>Built using a hybrid timber construction method, Dockyard is located directly on the River Spree and is already one of the most sustainable office buildings in the country. An innovative energy concept with an ice storage facility the length of a soccer field and the use of renewable energy sources such as geothermal energy, solar energy, and ambient air enable climate-neutral building operation.
